Categorise your content with metadata and tags
Adding metadata to content increases its value by making it easier to reuse, for example by automatically pulling in links to related stories.
Metadata
PostCMS lets you specify whatever metadata fields you like for content, whether articles, blog posts, web pages or photos. Authors can update these fields from the metadata sidebar in the page editor.
Metadata fields can have a variety of types, including text, numbers and dates.
Metadata fields can be set up to use autocomplete, taking values from a fixed taxonomy or from a custom web service.
Geocodes
One special type of metadata field is the geocode. PostCMS provides a Google Maps search interface for picking geocodes (latitude-longitude pairs).
Tags
Every page can additionally have free-form tags added to it, allowing ad-hoc categories to emerge over time without having to be set up in advance.
