Picture management
PostCMS provides simple tools for managing image files. You can upload single or multiple pictures from your computer. You can import an entire zipful of photos, and we’ll unpack them on the fly.
Image editing
You can crop, resize and flip images right in PostCMS, saving you from having to fire up Photoshop or some other image editing application for these common tasks.
Asset metadata
PostCMS lets you define what metadata fields apply to each individual file type. For photos, you might want to capture rights information, or store a caption. Authors can then easily assign values to files as they upload them.
Automation
Workflow rules can be set up to automate repetitive tasks, like generating thumbnail images in appropriate sizes.
Photo galleries
Organise sets of photos into galleries. Gallery appearance and behaviour is fully customisable.
Other file types
PostCMS will support upload of any file type, such as PDFs, Microsoft Word documents, MPEGs, MP3s, etc. For each file type, you can customise the metadata and workflow rules.
